First release of the documentary “Science to build the future. Reflections from the St. Mary Cathedral”, with Andoni Luis Aduriz and Eduardo Anitua

On 24th November Eduardo Anitua Foundation has presented the video “Science to build the future. Reflections from the St. Mary Cathedral”, a conversation between the chef Andoni Luis Aduriz (Mugaritz) and the doctor Eduardo Anitua.

Surrounded by St. Mary Cathedral, Aduriz and Anitua share their thoughts about several issues as their beginnings in their professions, their motivations, their interest in innovation or the importance of teamwork.
